Seeing the sketch from Nicole Nowosad, I just knew what to do with it, create a one-layer-card.

I used one of my favorite sentiments from Rubber Dance *SOMETHING WONDERFUL* and the grungy circles from Bo Bunny on Design paper on a black panel, I really like this one!
